Well Known Tai Chi Instructors Ronnie Robinson (The Tai Chi Union For Great Britain promotions officer and The Taijquan & Qigong Federation of Europe Secretary) and Nils Klug (President The Taijquan & Qigong Federation of Europe) have started a new venture Taiji Europa.
Taiji Europa aims to present a range of material, at accessible prices, showcasing how Chinese Internal Arts are taught, practised and promoted across the various countries of Europe.
These will ultimately include: DVDs, Books, Events & Event promotions.

The aim of the various projects will allow them:

• To promote Chinese Internal Arts widely across Europe


• To help improve knowledge of Chinese Internal Arts


• To help to improve skill levels

The project launches with Taiji Europa Vol 1
This is a 135 minute DVD featuring interviews, performances and a range of range of advertising clips showcasing some of Europe’s best known practitioners
The DVD includes performances and interviews on taiji practice, pushing hands, applications and other aspects of these arts.

Dear friends,
We would like to bring to your attention an invitation from Municipal Youth Centre - Ruse, one of our partners in organizing Forum 2009. The management of the Youth Centre is working on a project which, if approved, can bring some beneficial features to the Forum. The project involves the participation of young people from 4 EU countries – 10 to 12 participants from each country included. There is not a necessary condition for these young people to practice tai chi or wu shu, but if they do, it is even better. In case the project is approved it will be possible to sponsor the coming of these young people to Bulgaria during the time of the forum, by covering part of the travelling and accommodation expenses of the youths involved through project funds. This way we can help some of your students or family members who are aged between 16 and 25 (the age limits are not so strict and some exceptions are possible). If you think some of your children or young students will be interested, please let us know as soon as possible. We need the following data concerning the potential participants in this project:

1. Full names
2. Age
3. Country
4. Place of full time residence

The deadline is not fixed but it would be nice to know of your opinion as soon as possible and eventually have the lists by the end of September.

and an update:

1. Each country can apply for this project with a group of 10 to 13
2. young people.
3. The young people should be aged from 14 to 30.
4. There can be one person per group aged over 30 (no age limit).
5. The deadline has been extended till the end of October. but the sooner you apply, the better!
